Boya Video Shotgun Microphone BY-BM3030

The Boya BY-BM3030 is a supercardioid condenser directional microphone, which is suitable for general sound recording, for example on location. The BY-BM3030 is compatible with SLRs, camcorders and audio recorders. For reliable sound, this directional microphone is equipped with a built-in shock absorber. This keeps unnecessary vibrations to a minimum. The wind filter reduces wind noise.

You attach the directional microphone to your camera using the 1/4" female threaded connection or coldshoe. Using the supplied 3.5 mm cable, you can connect your camera to the microphone. The BY-BM3030 can be switched on with the on/off button, after which the microphone is immediately ready for use. With the indicator light you can see if the microphone is switched on. The BY-BM3030 is powered by two AA batteries. The batteries can last up to 150 hours. A built-in headphone plug makes it possible to listen to the recording live.
